Use of the Service

Seedance 2.5 AI provides users with an AI video generation platform to create videos from text descriptions and reference images. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

If you upload, reference, or generate content involving a real person or any identifiable individual for an otherwise permitted purpose, you represent that you have obtained all required permissions, documented consents, licenses, likeness rights, publicity rights, copyright rights, and other applicable rights. Consent or ownership does not permit content that is independently prohibited below, including NSFW content, deepfakes, face swaps, or deceptive impersonation.

User Accounts and Registration

When you upload an asset to a virtual-character generation feature, you confirm that it is an original virtual character, does not depict or imitate any real natural person, and that you hold all copyrights and other lawful permissions required to use the asset and resulting content.

Prohibited Activities

These restrictions apply to every user worldwide, regardless of location. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using Seedance 2.5 AI:

Generating content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
Generating, editing, uploading, requesting, publishing, selling, distributing, promoting, or otherwise making available any NSFW, adult, intimacy, or sexual content, including pornography, nudity, sexualized nudity, sexual acts, fetish content, sexual services, or sexually explicit or sexually suggestive material, whether real, synthetic, fictional, or AI-generated
Creating child sexual abuse or exploitation material, grooming or sexualizing minors, or creating any sexualized depiction of a person under 18 or who appears to be under 18, including fictional, synthetic, or AI-generated depictions; we apply zero tolerance to this content
Creating or distributing non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual extortion material, or intimate content made or shared without every depicted person's valid consent
Creating, editing, uploading, requesting, publishing, or distributing deepfakes, face swaps, identity swaps, voice clones, impersonations, or synthetic likenesses involving an identifiable real person, including public figures, private individuals, political figures, employees, or customers
Making a person appear to say, do, endorse, or participate in something that did not occur, even if the content is labeled as synthetic, parody, or AI-generated
Impersonating any person or entity, falsely implying endorsement, affiliation, authorization, or consent, or using a real person's image, face, likeness, name, voice, or other identity-related material without all applicable rights and documented consent
Using the service for fraud, extortion, harassment, defamation, political deception, or any other misleading or exploitative use involving a real person
Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempting to bypass any moderation controls, safety features, security features, usage limits, or credit restrictions of the service
Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the AI models used by the service

Moderation and Safety Controls

Seedance 2.5 AI may use automated safeguards and, where appropriate, manual review to detect, review, restrict, or block prompts, uploads, reference images, generated outputs, accounts, or usage patterns that may violate these Terms. Safety checks may occur before or after generation and may produce false positives or false negatives.

We reserve the right to refuse generation requests, remove or restrict content, suspend or terminate accounts, withhold credits where permitted by law, and take other reasonable action when we believe the service is being used to create NSFW content, sexual exploitation material, deepfakes, face swaps, impersonation, deceptive content, non-consensual real-person content, or other prohibited material. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate account termination. We may preserve relevant records and cooperate with payment partners, hosting providers, law enforcement, regulators, or rights holders where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users and third parties.
